Green walls come in many styles and are constructed in a number of ways. The easiest and most often seen is perhaps the climbing plant attached to wire runners on the face of a building wall.

Some plants are able to 'self'' cling to walls, often by working their roots into the mortar joints of brick walls - care needs to be taken with this method as they may weaken over time the wall by causing the mortar to spawl away.

The strutural 'Green Wall' below is made from sustainable timbers, specially treated to last at least 50 years, we developed a fun way to introduce 'burrito plants' into the walls many years ago.
